You may have many questions as you prepare to travel this golf season, and we want to help! We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions and answers. Didn't find your answer? Contact us by calling 866.585.8123.

  • The Quarry/Preserve is slated to open on May 6, and The Links/Quarry and Preserve/Links courses are slated for May 14, weather dependent.  The Links Grille will be open for reduced capacity sit-down dining, as well as take out, hours to be announced.

If you prefer to use your own cart, we will take your request, however there is a likelihood that we will not be able to provide single carts on any specific day. The cart fleets at all BOYNE Golf courses cannot sustain single cart usage. If we can fulfill your request to take a single cart, we want to inform you that a cart fee of $30 will be applied for individual use. This applies to all players (members and public guests).

  • We are implementing a daily health screening for all team members reporting for work.  If a team member does not pass the screening, they will be sent home.  If team members are feeling ill or taking care of an ill family member, they are instructed to stay home. We are continuing training on COVID-19 awareness and also advising of proper health etiquette, including limiting contact with their eyes, nose, and mouth, and hand hygiene.  In our daily meetings, our teams are reminded that cleanliness starts with the simple act of proper hand hygiene. We are enforcing frequent handwashing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are unavailable, and providing frequent breaks to wash stations and increased access to hand sanitizing stations.

  • Yes, you are required to wear a mask while inside the golf shop or dining facility. If you are dining with us, a mask is required except while eating or drinking. A mask can be provided to you if needed, and based on availability.

  • All team members who work indoors or in close contact with guests are required to wear masks while working.  In addition, many team members, including those in food and beverage and housekeeping, are required to wear gloves as appropriate and needed.

  • We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously.  On a daily basis, we are working to ensure we meet the latest guidance.  We use cleaning products and protocols that are effective against a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19:

    • Public Spaces: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces to every two hours while operating with a focus on door handles, food counters, locker rooms, and public bathrooms.  Sneeze guards have been added to counters, and sanitizing stations have been added throughout the Club.

    • Golf Carts: Golf carts will be sanitized before and following every use with a CDC approved Peroxide sanitizing solution.

    • Back of House: In the spaces where team members work "behind the scenes," we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like entrances, break rooms, and staff offices.
